    If you don't know what the Antikythera machine is, well, anyone interested in computing, horology or astronomy should really watch this. I was sharpening some knives for a friend of mine earlier today, and while talking about the sharpening techniques being used and how sharpening an edge hasn't changed in thousands of years, he mentioned something about the Antikythera machine to me, which I was not familiar with. A quick search on OF shows a few references but no pointer to this excellent Nova documentary:
