    Hi Everyone.....

My 135.... needed a poor relation....

Welcome to the family... a 40T in 18k solid yellow gold....

Movement looks to have a little moisture damage on regulator and click and the crown either replaced or worn.,..

I can think of worse things...

    as found..,.

    Very nice Bill.

I must rotate mine into play next time I go to the safety deposit.

I like that 40T logo. Took me a minute to figure out what that was.

    It simply says "40T"
Here, I've fixed that for you:

    Hi @Vitezi

Actually that symbol I think represents "observatory test certification stamp in dial" . I will look at my old Zenith Book when I get home tonight to confirm.

    best

No Bill, he's right, it's "40T." You ran into one of the little errors in Roessler.

Here's an old advertisement with the 40T, below. I really like the broad flat bezel plane of the clean 40T case design.

Lovely hands on your version, Bill. Notice that your dial also has slightly different sized dagger indices and different again at 3-6-9-12 as compared to the stainless model.

My stainless version of this watch has the pictured dial with rectangular indices, and with the hands that end in circles around the post.

    Nice chronometre catch!

Truly beautiful. So pure. I have a weakness for those types of flat bezels.
