The watch itself looks like it could be nice for the price point, but the marketing shtick is silly:

    https://www.timex.com/browse/collections/reissue/q-timex-reissue/

The opener graphics are a very blatant, um, "homage" to Bullitt of 1968, not 1978, in which Steve McQueen's character, Frank Bullitt, drove a 1968 GT Mustang...and wore a black dial Benrus 3061 manual wind wrist-watch...::stirthepot::

All my movie nerd complaints aside, the watch itself might be a fun little piece. :)

I like it. I wonder if it will do as well as the Timex Q.

It seems like those who already have the Q won't want one that is so similar, but it catches that late 70s quartz vibe in a slightly dressier way.

Another great move by Timex - I love my Q but indeed, this scratches the same itch. Great watch for the price, though if you have arm hair this bracelet is a little masochistic:whipped:
