Serial number looks in range and the chrono hand looks a correct length. It is interesting that the seller has no mention of "Ultraman" in the listing. From the looks of his eBay and IG, he looks like a watch person, so I doubt he left it out accidentally. Perhaps he knows something we don't...
Something in those subdials, particularly the numbers, that doesn’t look quite right to me. It almost looks like someone carefully repainted them to make them ‘better’. But, I may be losing my mind at this point, so speak up with your view of it. Slightly different angle and including the lume on the 3 hour marker. My not-an-Ultraman 145.012-67 for comparison:
I think the numbers are ok . And willing to be Seller left it out intentionally so bidders feel like there's a chance they're getting one under the radar...
I don't know what this means but the same seller has this item for sale as well. Not an expert but this one is just as tempting. https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.com/ulk/itm/202615816722
Potential, but that's all. I believe only the first four digits of the serial is shown on purpose to avoid any representation. Shouldn't the Ultramans have the 145012-67 "SP" case back?
Couple of annoying things about the Rolex listing: (1) Buyer gets the service bezel. If he wants the original fat font bezel (which the seller has) he has to buy it separately. (2) Seller uses descriptors like "excellent++." This, like "minty," means absolutely nothing.
I don’t get good vibes. As said this is a watch guy, so why hide so many numbers, why not go the extra mile and get the extract, why no ultraman ref, and even though the hand is a good length something about it looks suspect to me. It may be the macro but it looks quite thick.
Too me bit shady. If you know its all correct, you will ask for EoA, since this will help selling this piece for sure
Yes, the hand looks very thick, and not following the shape of an ultraman. I also think it is a bit too tall.
You guys are getting good at this.. Archive cannot be obtained because it is not a genuine Ultraman. Serial range is close but incorrect, just like this one.. Close but incorrect, so its not in proper range. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Military-I...876057?hash=item26134266d9:g:Z0wAAOSw~X1bdjGsPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network Dial sub dial print is not messed with, but the dial has been re lumed. Anyone want to guess why the seller isn't calling it an Ultraman?
