Ok, I'll bite...

Aside from the poorly-spaced "swiss made" what really makes this one atrocious? It's using the proper calibre for the case, unlike the one above.

 

I don't think it's actually a pie pan. It looks like they painted the dial in attempt to look like a pie pan but they failed miserably

 

Yep, they sure did. Check out the shape of the 12 sided pie pan - it's uneven (most noticeable at the 3:00 marker).
