Interesting dial - the Batman villain Two-Face came to mind. Does it date from the 70's? And it's so funky it can't be a redial right?

Strange for sure. Kinda surprising that JLC would put out something like that.

 

The hour markers look a little like the ones on the JLC Club line that they put out during the quartz crisis. Very retro, but not in a good way IMO

 

It's a mid 60's to late 70's watch for sure.

 

I like the quirky look of this one. Quite uncommon no doubt.
