I spotted a very rare 1970 Favre Leuba for sale on Chrono 24 via a private seller based in the US, and my choice proved to be the right one, as it is a very rare Favre Leuba Duomatic with cal. 1164, featuring a beautiful blue textured dial, a back with original stickern original Favre Leuba leather strap, Favre Leuba buckle, and vintage hang tag. Needless to say, I have never seen one like it in Europe in over 35 years.
