Another gold Omega 321 Dress Chronograph...this one in 18k.

Hi. I'm being offered another Omega "Dress" 311 Chronograph in solid 18k. It's a French made case in 34.5mm. The dial looks honestly worn and the case has some polish. Any red flags? I have another one, but this is 18k and an earlier model with a unique dial. I know the crown may not be original. Doesn't look like a redial, but it's very faded.
