In my case another piece that has mysteriously moved from being mine to belonging to dearly beloved. I honestly never expected this disease to be so infectious 🙁

Quite amazing how in the space of a couple of years someone who had no interest can spout forth on lug condition, patina etc. etc.
Beginning to wonder if "just" maybe they may be safer with you 😉

Mine is wearing this Gold tone quartz Seiko that she got for Christmas. Please understand, she can have anything she wants, but the way to her heart is quartz.

Literally. Visiting Switzerland this summer she picked out some nice Quartz specimens from one of the Strahlers in the Alps, similar to these.
Believe me, watches would be cheaper 🙄
