I'm something of a black hole for watches, so this doesn't happen... really... ever... but I couldn't resist laying this birth-year watch on my dad for his 75th. He was very pleased.

That was a very nice gesture from you. I would like to do the same for my dad but he would never wear what he considers to be ridiculous money for a watch. I think I might buy him a rolex and tell him its a fake, he would probably wear it then.
