A brand that was very popular in the 40s and 70s was Mathey Tissot since it had subcontracted for Breguet the famous type XX chronographs. The brand had also produced a chronograph on a Valjoux 88 vase in yellow gold which was very beautiful ref 1679. Here is mine in excellent condition.
