The movement looks like a cartoon superimposed on top (to me anyway)

Edit- I'm not suggesting it is, just looks like....

 

The movement looks like it has a correct serial number for a 220 and moreover looks like never opened before..

 

The crucial missing part in the movement might cause the buyer a bit of stress.
