I have a few Omega tanks i my collection and this has just arrived It is a caliber T17 from approximately 1935. It has a 14k. gold case. Been through the old adverts a googled for a reference without luck so far but @Tire-comedon will try to go through his archives And the rest of the T17: CK 3516 CK 891 CK 901 CK 921
Wow! What a sweet-looking watch. I'd wear that in a heartbeat. What is the case width? 24mm? And fantastic collection in general.
Thanks, no is only 20 mm x 35 mm. so it small and more a collector piece than one to wear. Some of my other T17 are also 20 mm. so i think it was normal. A 24 mm. Omega Tank is not common i think.
this is the one, i like to wear. bigger size winged case. cal. 20F. very classy watch. sold all the other ones..... kind regards. achim
Amazing collection. I think I have the ref for the new one, I will be able to check and post a catalog picture only tomorrow.
Is the T17 the one where they made it in cooperation with Tissot and their caliber 17.5 or something like that ? I remember that there were some Tissots with Omega on the movement and there was this thing between them...
