An example of how not to mail a watch

Actually, one of the weirder ways that things came into Canada from the US is the pulling of warplanes over the border in WWII. The Neutrality Act barred the US from exporting “arms, ammunition, and implements of war”, so the planes were flown to the border where we went and pulled them to our side.

So, effectively, they were stolen from the USA? [ALL CAPS, 72pt] Nation of Canada revealed as thieving pirates shock! [/CAPS]

The article says they were WW1-type aircraft so I'm guessing they were biplanes not actual WW1 aircraft but there were very successful in their role biplanes used in WW2.

Four days ago I mailed my watch to the East coast of Canada from the West coast of the USA using the USPS priority mail.

I just received this update:



WTF? Am I being pranked?
Reminds me of my current situation…and I would have posted my fiasco in this thread had I seen it before I posted.
