Got my hands on this nice Drawer-find with additional text from the seller
"..we don't recall my Father wearing it ...I can only assume it was his Father's (my Grandad), therefore it may barely have been worn for 40+ years...".
As you can see the watch got a service and they replaced the Hands, Crown and Glass.... some little damage on the case and discoloring on the right side of the Dial..Complete with bracelet 7912, # 6 End links, Box and Extract..:)

    Wonderful watch!
I don't think it will be a problem find correct hands and crown, maybe only a matter of time.
But again, the watch is wonderful.

Great dial and case, so it will be well worth restoring with proper hands, etc. Congrats.

Not sure I'd call a watch with service hands a "drawer find". I usually reserve a term like that for the all-original grungy examples that haven't been touched in 50 years. :D

Great find with a great provenance. Original and correct hands are probably the easiest parts to find but the issue will be finding hands whose lume match the dial's. Either way, congratulations!

    Thank you for the comments...

Yes, This is a '65 and everything looks untouched and has the correct factory-finish...
I have had a couple of 105.003-'65, but never saw these sharp edges and thick lugs..

    What a great find, congratulations!
I love the dial, the damage makes it look honest. I do wonder how it could have happened without the movement suffering from moisture though?
