Cal. 26.5 SOB was created in 1926 and was a success with a production until 1950.
The two first models designed with a 26.5SOB were ref 710 and 800, here in a 1927 catalog :

I have in my collection this Model 710 :

A small silver case and Breguet dial and hands, nothing really impressive, certainly not a rare Watch. But what I like in this Watch is that with a serial number in 6.846 million, it was probably produced during the first years of production.

I would be interested to know what is the lowest serial for a cal 26.5 that a member of this forum owns.

Another mod 710, from 1933, with an art deco dial :

But you are a cal.(insert age) SOB, a sought after, admired reference that appeals to some, but not to others.
