·Omega printings on the dial have evolved over the decades, so it looks different from the later prints. I don't see the 'G' being unusual for this dial.

·I would call this one damage instead of patina. The dial is missing the seconds ticks between 23 - 30. There was likely some moisture intrusion as the right side is discolored.

it is a smooth balance so it is harder to see than the older style, but you can even see the hairspring.
