    Given Bill was 21 around the late 50s, suffice to say Mum and Dad are pretty well dead, and Bill might well be too.

    And somebody had a schlock redial done. It's a pity to see this kind of heirloom for sale no matter what the condition.

    I always wonder. How can someone put so much effort into a redial job and have it turn out so incredibly, :eek:, bad.

    Fortunately the dial on this one didn't meet the same fate.

    I think the about the only job anyone has for 50 years these days is making license plates.

    not a bad job when you consider the fonts on the dial were done with a permanent, fine tip marker - free hand. :)

    It is unbelievable! How can someone put such watch on eBay for sell? What are they expect?
