Besides #575 end pieces, are there any alternative end pieces that will fit the 1116 bracelet?

No, afraid not, they are to wide compaired to the 575. But i think you still can get 575 from omega. Sts maybe?

To wide where the bracelet meet the endlink, both are 20 mm. Just to be clear
