·Good customer service... Alpina ... my smart watch died with a couple of weeks left on the warranty and I was a bit peeved that I had to send it back to Switzerland ... Alpina swapped the module, chucked in a bunch of freebies, covered cost of freight back to me and issued me a new warranty card with an extra year of cover ... I’m impressed... particularly as I am second owner of this watch
