Good customer service... Alpina ... my smart watch died with a couple of weeks left on the warranty and I was a bit peeved that I had to send it back to Switzerland ... Alpina swapped the module, chucked in a bunch of freebies, covered cost of freight back to me and issued me a new warranty card with an extra year of cover ... I’m impressed... particularly as I am second owner of this watch
Looked at one of these a while back Sent a email and got a catalogue/magazine within 2 weeks from Switzerland and have received a email a few times a year ( not every week like some brands ) and last time I entered into a draw to win one of their AlpinerX smart watches.
