·Another shoutout for exceptional Alpina customer service
A couple of years back I had to send my Alipna Ana-Digi smartwatch back to Switzerland to have the battery changed.
Annoying, but customer service was excellent, and it came back to me with the warranty extended by a year and I only had to pay for freight outbound.
Fast forward 18 months and the battery required changing again and I asked if they could please let me know what (specialized) battery was required so I could source and do it myself.
No luck, instead they freighted the watch at their expense back to Switzerland, upgraded the movement to the newest edition, replaced the band with a brand new one (returning the old), replaced the bezel, replaced the seals, cleaned the case ultrasonically and replaced the crown. Then the watch was freighted back to me via DHL express at their expense.
Amazing customer service!
