Dear Omega Forum Members, I just want to thank you all for your time helping me find my first Moonwatch. I can't thank you all enough for the grand insight you all gave me. I went with the 3570.50. It fit all my needs on my checklist. As promised. Here are the first photos! I've already ordered 4 nato straps, along with grabbing some Polywatch. Next post will be before/after shots(maybe a video) of polishing the hesalite crystal. I'm over the moon!
Congratulations Red, great choice. That Speedy looks to be in excellent condition, wear it in good health. Speedmaster's are like pringles, you can't just have one.
I have a black alligator strap that got thrown in as a extra. However, it's never enough is it? Now I'm going to have to research brown leather straps.
Be sure to cut this out and keep it in your wallet. You never know when you will be asked to produce it.
A chestnut brown leather Nato is a particular favourite of mine. It's currently on a golden brown Hirsch Professional though.
Congratulations, and as a new member to the club as well, what a great choice. Have you been able to make out the omega symbol etched on the underside of the hesalite crystal, in the centre of the dial yet?
@DJP, I compelty forgot reading about this Easter egg! You should of seen me sitting at the red light! I pulled out my flashlight quickly looking for it! Found it!
@DLT222, you are just flat out of control. We should have a thread... "Who was the most out of control in 2014?". You would be in the hunt for sure (but it might be hard to top @Superdoc).
Ive missed off the 1970 Mark II Racing speedy that i bought from Yande, the Aqua Terra XXL (Sold) the vintage piece i bought off XJR, My 45th Anniversary (unworn as of yet)
