If I recall, Alain Siberstein wrote a scathing treatise regarding the impossibility of building a niche or small business in the hostile, anti-capitalistic political climate of modern socialist France. He basically accused France of being anti-business and descending into full blown communism. I read the French letter and perhaps since my French isn't as sharp as it once was, I miss-understood his words and meaning but I don't think so... it was blistering...
Did he address the possibility that maybe the French nation is simply anti-PlaySkool-looking watches and has descended into full-blown tastefulness?
