I believe "Carthaginian" is the proper appellation for this kind of dial.

Has this (mixing Roman and Arabic numerals) been properly done by any watchmaker? I can imagine it looking good if pulled off well.

They where demo dials to show both fonts. Story is someone in CA liked them and ordered them that way.
