The hands on my -69 Speedmaster were damaged. I plan to replace them but I can only find a new set of replacement that is Luminova. Question is, how to age them to match the dial and the rest of watch. And how to decrease the lume on the hands so they don't last too long after the dial? Thanks so much! Frank
