Aftermarket bracelets/straps with on-the-fly adjustable clasps?

With the temperatures outside differing quite radically from my indoor environments, I'm struggling for comfort with the bracelets and straps I have. My wrist is apparently swelling and contracting enough with these fluctuating temps to make a good, comfortable fit quite elusive.

So, I'm hoping this esteemed collective may have some suggestions for well-built bracelets that offer easy, no-tool-needed microadjustments. What have you seen/tried that you would recommend?
