many years with no luck in finding a matching case back. i have a very nice 2915-3 with a swapped caseback 2998-3. was no big deal during a Service in the 60/70`s.....need a 2915-3 in exchange with money on top. any lead here, who would have one or maybe has the same problem reversed? still hopeful.... kind regards. achim

Achim, pulling off a trade like this is, at best, near impossible.

Wouldn't your chances of success increase by buying a spare 2915-3 caseback for sale and then selling off the 2998-3 caseback?

Cash is always the easier facilitator.

Not at this time. I've heard of 2915-3 dials turning up. Why not a caseback!
