Agreed with gator - except I'll go out on a limb and call #4 okay. I think #3 should have hands like #4 does.
Gut reaction is that it is original and has a slight "chocolate" finish, caused by natural degradation of the dial lacquer. Here is an example But I still can't be sure. I think the crown is a replacement. Black dials are notoriously difficult to photograph. That's just the way it is. gatorcpa
