Afraid to say it's one of the ubiquitous Omega fake examples.

Many of these were made in the 60s in Switzerland using much more economical A Schild movements and cheap cases.

Omega did not stamp the back of their watches like the one shown and you will find that the "hallmark" representing 18K gold only justifies the 0.05 angstrom thick layer of gold plate on the case.

Do we have your permission to post the pictures in the forum "Fake Omega" gallery?

    Regards

    Jim

PS: The value to anybody still with their marbles is about $00.01 or less than you pay for a small bunch of carrots at the local farmers market.

And the carrots will give you much more benefit than whatever you could glean from such a watch.

However................., people have been known to buy these from eBay late at night after a number of wee drams of "Dr Lagavulin's elixir".

Sometimes a last minute grab at an "ending now auction" that, in the cold hard light of day (and at payment time), makes the buttocks clench rather tightly and the eyes to water considerably.

I know of one forum member who did exactly that, but no names.....no pack drill as the old adage goes.

    :whistling:

Better to destroy it then to perpetuate a future misuse.

What path must heiddi5555 take Master?

The Fist of Iron upon the anvil?

    The Death Blow from above?

Or are you suggesting .......................................the unspeakable

Yes Master, this is the only solution, I can see that now.

    @heiddi5555 must follow the path.

As she (I assume a "she") is not WIS conversant, may I explain the ritual?

    It is as follows:

    1. Take the "item" (the name of such shall not be spoken) to the nearest driving range.
    2. Hire a driving iron (not a wood!) or at the least, a 3 iron, it must be used and have previous evidence of abuse.
(WARNING - Do not use your own weapons for this ceremonial disposal).
    3. Drive six and only six Titleist Velocity Number 6 down range to prepare the inner self for the final blow.
    4. Place the item, head only (sans bracelet) face forward on the tee (do not look at the item).
    5. Prepare your thoughts for the freedom that you are about to unleash.
    6. Take your stance and set your mind free and ............... do not delay!
    7. Drive with all your internal force..................

Walk away with humility, do not look back, ignore the applauseand the looks of awe from the audience, and just know that your work there is done.
