Advice please on Flightmaster dial, and perhaps value?

After shopping for a flightmaster for at least the past two years and seeing how nuts the prices have gone up since just 2018 I saw plenty of 145.013s that looked terrible listed for over $4500.

they also do not sell.

Hope springs eternal. Some major grey dealers are among the culprits. As I said, it took over two years of sifting through trash to find one that was priced fairly to me.
