    Crystal in excellent condition
    Crown Omega with symbol
Diameter with the crown is approx 38mm and lug to lug approx 41mm
    Beautifully Re-furbished
The watch is fully signed on the case movement dial and crown
    The Cal is 552
    Serial No 22189786
    Movement Automatic with 24 jewels
The strap is a brand new black leather
The back of case number is 166.002 and also fully signed

I am considering purchasing - is this the real mccoy??

Well, it is a Seamaster but that is a refinished dial that's way off what the original was. That style dial is typically painted on to try to pull a fast one on n00bs.

It does say 'beautifully refurbished' so while it has near zero value to a collector, it is what it says it is....

It´s a Franken too, since the ref 166.002 doesn´t go with a non-date movement. Should be cal 562 in that case

If you aren't a watch collector and just like the look of that one it doesn't really matter, it's just a watch.

If on the other hand, you are interested in starting or adding to a collection and wish to maintain authenticity/originality this one is not for you.
