Hello, i would be interessted in your opinion on a Speedy Pro LCD. Do you think this wath is collectible? I´ve got some old Speedy´s (145.022-68, Mark II, IV) ans some old Seamasters 176.007. I´m not sure what to do with this 186.004. I bought still working with a scrached glas, pushers not realy nice an some dings on the case. So i put it to a omega expert and was suprised as he told me that all parts (pushers, glas, lcd mask, gaskets) are available at omega. He refinished the case a little bit, changed all pushers and put the new glas and lcd mask on it. Now it looks pretty nice and is waterproof again. But I´m not sure what to do with it. What is your opinion? Is a LCD Speedy pro a collectible watch?
I know the marketplace rules and at the moment i don´t want to sell. I´m interessted in other opinions about that watch.
Personally, I'd say yes, they're getting collectible on the following evidence A/ They have Lyre lugs and Speedmaster Branding B/I like them, so does Lillatroll and I'm not sure but Spacefruit might too C/prices on eBay have gone crazy
I really like them and have one of my own. I think they are slowly increasing in value and although collectable I'm not sure they will attain the high value of other Speedmasters.
Thanks for your advice. Like Nathan 1967 I also like the speedmaster lugs on the watch much. That was my point to buy this watch. In companion to the other famous old speedmaster Omega put´s the ST186.004 on it´s homepage https://www.omegawatches.com/planet-omega/60th-anniversary-speedmaster/alaska-iv-1979 I think that´s a good push for the LCD
