Advice on watch-repairman in Northern Italy

Hello everyone,

Afyer being "robbed" once again by an authorized Omega repairman (excellent work and extremely professional man but I paid the Omega standard service price and did not get any Omega card. If I have to pay the price I'll go to Omega directly), I am looking for someone who can repair "lesser" watches in a decent way or just fix an issues without doing a whole service, located in Northern Italy.

Any advice? I've tried a lot but usually the quality is sub-optimal.
