    Hi guys,

I had the opportunity to acquire the below Omega along with some other watches. As I am a complete novice in this field I wondered if anyone had some info on this watch in terms of the movement or model and possibly a ball park value?

    Thanks in advance.

Sharp looking watch - I am guessing it is gold filled? If you can get the watch back open you will be able to see the calibre as well as the serial number (for dating purposes). I am sure someone may know the model off the top of their head, but it is relatively easy for you to figure out on your own. Price is a different question - it is definitely worth what someone is willing to pay. What that figure is I personally have no clue.

    Thanks.
No idea if Gold filled. Lady I purchased it from didn't have a clue herself so description was very vague. Only thing I know is she had it looked at professionally and guarantees it is a genuine Omega.

If anyone has info on this particular watch then I would appreciate it.

Googling Omega Geneve Automatic should start you off with similar examples and possible red numbers.

I have, but there are so many variations. I didn't know it would be so difficult to get even a model number. I guess I have a lot to learn.

Oh by the way I only just won the watch, so I don't have it to hand just this minute.

Gold plated, probably 20-microns, clearly shows lots of wear.

Sounds like you know the value then! Value = What Someone Will Pay

    Enjoy it!
