Advice on replacing Cal 1002 in Omega Seamaster 166.091

Greetings to OF experts,
The movement in my early 70s Seamaster 200 was severely corroded decades ago, but I am now looking to revive it (my first "real" watch) for sentimental reasons. I have been told by two sources that there is next to nothing salvageable. Noting the thread on donor parts, I would seek to re-use the barrel bridge (?) with SN.
Questions: What is the chance of finding a complete Cal 1002 movement to swap in? Having spent time here and elsewhere (the Bay), I am not finding any. Could a movement such as a 1010 be substituted? What would an Omega Service Center do in this situation?
Any other advice that would help me start this restoration journey is appreciated.
Thanks!

I would have thought there are plenty of watches in poor cosmetic condition with a cal 1002 which you could buy to harvest the movement

Perhaps look at some of the common references which used the 1002 and set up some saved searches on eBay.
Obviously some of the causes that give rise to cosmetic issues can also damage the movement so ideally you want to find listings with movement pictures to ensure you’re buying one in good condition.
