First time poster, please let me know if I'm doing anything wrong.

I've been on the hunt for a 60s Seamaster Chronograph with a Caliber 321. I came across this one (link below) and it looks like a great condition piece.

Below are my hangups, but would love to get your expert opinions:

-The dealer will only go down to $5.5K with shipping included. He claims the reason for this premium is the condition of the watch. This seems pretty high, and a friend suggested that $4-4.4K would be a more reasonable price since these aren't too rare.
-The dealer said that there is no servicing history and that he didn't have it serviced either because the watch was working smoothly. Should this concern me? Some folks on this forum do vouch for this dealer though, so I wasn't sure if this was a huge red flag or not.
