Advice on Longines Ultra-Chron

Hey everyone,

I'm about to buy my first vintage watch and just want to double check I'm not making a costly mistake.
I want to buy the Longines Ultra-Chron offered in the Private Watch Sales section of this amazing forum.

I dig the Ultra-Chron, this one says it was just serviced so that is a big plus. Price wise it looks to be in line with what a decent one should be from what I've seen after doing a quick internet search. I'm no expert though and hopefully someone with more experience in Longines will chime in.
