My wife has been left a vintage Omega solid gold watch, amongst others, and would like some help identifying the model.
Similar ones have been found on the various sites but with some differences.
This watch has Roman numerals instead of the more common Arabic numerals and the watch appears to have no way of being opened, most already seen have a hinge on one side.
No hallmarks or identifying numbers anywhere on the outside
At the moment she would like to keep the watch as it keeps near perfect time and is in good order.
Can anyone help identify the model number and how to care for it as it will be worn infrequently.

The knurled bezel indicates to me that it may be a Borgel style case.

That being the case (;)), it may be able to be unscrewed and the movement swung out or removed revealing all of the information essential to accurate identification.

Have it opened by somebody competent and take good clear photos of the movement and the insides of the case.

The more pictures the better. The clearer the pictures, betterer.
