Not an expert or remotely qualified to know – so, grain of salt! But a very strong "NO". It does not look genuine to me. Again, I'm not very familiar with military watches in general, or Omega's specifically – but the Seamaster caseback without any military markings or serials seems like a huge problem. The dial, likewise absent of any markings and the lume-less dauphine hands also don't sit right with me – what good is a lumed dial without lumed hands?
