    Hey Omega folks,

Considering this as a purchase. Nicely, seller and original owner has the original receipt of purchase, certificate and customs duty receipt. Mvt. dates 1956, case back international collection 1954, and bought abroad. Running nicely. For better eyes than mine, is there anything wrong with the movement and/or should I be worried about what looks like pitting and around the contact areas of case and caseback?

Thanks for the advice on this. mvt 1.jpg

Alternately, could that be the remains of the washer?

Inside and caseback are ok. Now we need pictures of the front.

I hate to disagree with Hoi, of all people, but for some reason the Omegas with cal 420 often have the inner chapter ring with hands that would suit an outside ring. I don't know why this is, but I have noticed it many times over, so often that it would seem to be an original feature and not a later replacement.

How can one take such a good pic of the caseback/movement and such a crappy pic of the face?
