    Hello there  ,

A friend of mine is selling this... and I'm quite interested

,,, 145.012 from june 1969 (omega archive extract provided), completly overhauled in 2011 as per pics, original dial and set of hands cleaned, restored and relumed, color as closed as an original low yellow patina.

Original dust cover and caseback + new one are not pictured but are actually included by the term of sale.

Case is a 145.0012 omega remade though, including new bezel and crystal.

Dear gentlemen, what are your thoughts about this ?

Asking price is 3000€ (4093. USD $) without bracelet.... is this right to you ?

Looking forward to hearing from you :) - Fred

For that money you can get a decent used LE Speedy or a decent all original Speedy. ::money::

Personally I wouldn't bother - it looks like a nice watch to wear daily, but it's neither a modern watch nor a vintage watch. There are so many better things you can do with that amount of money.

Smart advice indeed ;) . Could have been the best of both world, but for a vintage integrist like me... no way ! ... thank you :)

I agree with SpikiSpikester, the watch looks really nice at first glance but you will not be satisfy after a while.

The movement has a spectacular patina and it looks immaculate for my taste. The dial is original and a real keeper / asset, just like the hands.
Commenting only the bezel, the price is not too bad. But remember, the cost of a standard 1171 replace is not cheap either, not to mention the costs of the 60's extendo bracelets.
I would not ask less either.

    Definitely nice choice.. good tastes!
