·Looking at the lugs, it appears to be a damaged gold-filled or gold-shell case. Take a close look at that and decide if you will be happy with it.

·I am located in Europe and it’s difficult to find Omegas below 250-300€, whatever the condition is pretty much. Not sure about the US. So it really boils down to whether you think you can wear it and enjoy it, given the damage, and perhaps how desperately you want one.

·TBH, the case is ruined, and will be very difficult to sell. $300 is really not the price range for an acceptable Omega, although sometimes you can get luck at a yard sale or thrift store. $300 will get you a decent watch from other brands.
