Hi, just curious what you think about this watch and the patina and what is a good price Cal 268 refnr 14389-8 Br Anders
To me it looks quit nice, I am not sure if the crown is original, haven't got any photo of the movement. The case looks a bit beaten up, pitty i dont have any photo of the back. the patina looks a bit different from what i read that it is common with spiderweb like patina.
Seems to be similar to this one, expect the one i found is gold capped https://omegaforums.net/threads/omega-seamaster-cal-268-serviced.26277/ and another one gold capped, seems like there is no logo on the gold capped version https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/gents-1960-vintage-omega-seamaster-1773799950
It's too far gone for me, both dial and case, I'd pass. Here's one I sourced for my brother-in-law a couple of years ago which also has speckles on the dial, but here the glossiness of the dial is intact and there are much less speckles, this one I find much more attractive. Hold out for a better example.
Ok thanks a lot it was a good price about 400$ but maybe too bad condition, I will wait for something else thanks for your advice
