Advice for cleaning (restoration?) 1940's Ladies Omega watch?

JB Hudson is not awful - they are a perfectly fine retailer/AD and I've had good experiences with them. I've purchased two watches from them (new Seamaster 300M and a vintage piece).

My point is that you will probably pay a lot more for the same quality of work in terms of a watch service, depending on what you're after.
