@kov did you also get the last number issued at no: 1975 as well?
    Mine is #1705

The dials on these are amazing. In certain light they are a deep Black in other light they look Silver. There is also a big variation with each dial. The case back isn't too shabby either.

This is the 'LMLE' of the Speedmaster – somewhat underrated, but an absolute banger in the metal. Well done.

Does anyone know why these don't have omega logo on crystal?

It’s a sapphire crystal, so no laser-etched Omega symbol.

Amazing find, one of my favourite modern Speedmasters.

This gives me hope to continue looking for other limited Speedmasters!

No it is not the last LE number. As you said, 1975/1975 would have been extra cool !

Wowwowow, how did you manage this? I have been looking since a year now to find a good example full set at an ok price while you simply snatch a new one from an AD. Great move, enjoy it!

Well as I wrote before, I didn’t know about it to be sitting at that boutique till a peer sends me an sms as a hint.

In fact, I’ve had some long sms conversations with this guy over the last three weeks as he wanted to buy the 3590.50 I was offering for sale lately. We discussed pros and cons, I gave him some hints and replied all of his questions.

Eventually he changed his mind and decided to look for a TinTin instead. He wrote me to inform me about this decision and out of interest mentioned that NOS full set he saw at the boutique. He said he doesn’t have the budget for it and was totally amazed to still see one brand new available. He meant it might be of my interest even if I’m more a vintage lover - and it was !

Once again, the watch lovers community is awesome ! It’s all about networking and if you don’t mind to share, well, looks like some others will also share with you

I used to own one of these, yes I was stupid to have sold it! ::facepalm2::

Congrats! The beauty of that dial is damn near impossible to capture in photos though.

Just found this pic on my tablet, not one of my better ones but enough to wet the appetite while you wait.

Ooops, and I thought mine was the last one. I bought it back at the end of 2016! Again from Omega OB!

    Congratulations on your new Speedy!

I tried one on at an Omega Boutique back in September. I wonder if it is the same watch.

It's threads like this that reminds you how you can still mourn watches that you have owned and moved on . A tear is shed .
Please , no-one post a Gemini thread, still miss that one , even though the sale helped me purchase a grail .
