Good afternoon and thanks for the admission.
I've bought an OMEGA ADMIRALTY ( or Amirauté ) - Red Anchor - Ref. 135.015 from a friend.
The watch is in good condition except for the strap, wich is not original and for the crown.
I don't really care much about the strap.
But I'm looking for an original crown .
Original Dimension (found on a dealer web-site) should be :
    Diameter : 6,70 mm , thickness : 3,00 mm , thread : 0,90 mm
The crown should fit cases : 135.015 / 166.038 / 165.038 , and the crown code "should" be ref. 42057
Unfortunately this dealer (passionchrono) do not have the crown anymore on stock.
Someone could give me an advise about where can I find/buy the crown?

    Thank you in advance.
    Gianluca

The depth of the threads in the crown are not all the same - some more shallow and often deeper than the crown that was on the watch. Your existing stem could be just right, too long, or too short - always best to have one on hand.

Plus sometimes they are glued on real tight and next to impossible for ordinary non-watchmaker type mortals to unscrew...

Well, if someone used Loctite, then heat is your friend...

Hi Archer, sorry to disturb you.
I need your support for the Admiralty Crown.
I found out this on cousins.uk , but the code is 42057ST and not 42057 , do fits on 135.015 case? Is this code complete of Stem?
    Thank you in advance!!!

ST indicates that the crown is stainless steel.

The stem is a movement part, so not part of the crown and I doubt Cousins would supply one with the crown.

Thank you very much for the advise!! So if the code is correct, as you confirmed , I hope to be lucky doing the replacement.
I will advise my watchmaker to heat the stem in case will be difficult to disassemble the old and not original one.

    Warm Regards
    Gianluca

I tried to get this exact same crown through Cousins and they say they are “restricted, unavailable and not available for general distribution”. Has their policy changed since you posted 2 weeks ago?:(

They may have run out of them, and can't order more from Omega - Omega no longer sells to third party resellers like Cousins.

Archer while you are here, would you happen to know the serial No for the Chronostop diver case number 135.042? I just realised that crown I was looking for wouldn’t have fitted anyway!

Hi, I placed the order and I got the crown in 1 about 1 week for 26 pounds. The code suggested by Archer 42057ST was correct , and fits on the watch.
