Added to my collection - New direction :)

Hi All,

Visited my usual OB yesterday. I was in London and decided to pop in to say hello to thank them for their help in getting me a snoopy as it had all been done over the phone. I also wanted to take a look at the Speedmaster 57 Co-Axial Master Chronometer Chronograph 40.5mm in Blue. Had a look but the blue is very subtle compared to all the marketing photos and I was a bit under whelmed.

However whilst there I saw some thing to add to my current collection. A Z33 (Photos of the collection attached and you can see it is completely different from what I have ). My wife was with me and we are celebrating 25 years married in a few weeks so she said I should get it. Not needing to be asked twice I jumped in 😀

The OB threw some additional items which I have yet to read. Thought I would post them here as well. Anyway. Very happy with the new very very chunky purchase 😀

such a nice collection!, keep it growing. I have an odd question: of that collection is the case of the Railmaster the best?, 40mm diam, 12.5mm height, no date, no shinning surfaces...just talking about cases...

not sure anything is “the best” as it is very much down to personal preference. I do like wearing it though and find it great for casual wear.

Bit of a strange one. I put my name down with the dealer and really can’t remember when I did it. I got a call saying it had come in and did I still want it and I actually turned it down. Then I got a second call I think a day later and this time said yes. Given the supply chat on here I was a bit surprised.

update. The watch has stopped working. Returned to OB today for a new battery but that didn't work so now it has ben sent away. Considered asking for a refund but at least after a full service I know it won't need one for a while. Bit frustrating though.
