    Good evening all,

I bought my First Omega In Space from an AD in Canada back in mid-November (shortly before they were discontinued) and as you can see from the picture below my Speedy is example #151XX. In doing my research since acquiring this piece I have read from multiple sources that production from 2012 to the end of 2020 was supposed to be ‘approximately 15,000 pieces’. Does anyone know exactly how many were produced or have an article I may have missed with this information? I am genuinely curious to know if there is an answer to this mystery.

I have seen FOIS number roll-calls in the past but have not seen one with updated answers in the last little while.

Unless we get a higher number than 1561x we should assume that the total produced is something around that number. Seems certainly to end up less than 16,000. Omega does not publish how many watches of any particular style are produced other than the LE numbered releases.

I think it was around 15.000. I bought mine new from AD in December last year and it was ~14.500 (can't remember exactly, don't have the watch any more).
