About this Clapton…

I am being offered this UG Clapton, with which I find the following qualms:






- bracelet is authentic universal geneve, but from a later era (logo with fat U)
- crown on the watch is authentic universal geneve, but from a later era ( as serial number starts by 243)
- box is from the 80s (80s logo)

Other than that, pretty clean and Im thinking about pulling the trigger.

thoughts?

I'll leave it for the chrono experts to opine but that's not a bracelet I recognise as being UG, later or otherwise.

When a seller combines bracelets and boxes from different watches, then it only makes me suspicious that the watch may not be what it seems either.
