I've found an a3817 that looks pretty nice. Obviously it's not all perfect (that crown should be illegal) but to my untrained eye, it at least looks authentic. It has been polished, but i think I've seen worse.



The price seems good. The watch isn't perfect and the price reflects what I think I know about the market.

I'd love advice. Does this seem to far from perfect?

Anybody know where I can get a real crown?

 

Looks ok to me. Case is not that bad and can be made to be sharp again under the right hands. Service crowns with the smaller circle and nato star come around every now and then. In the meantime you could just get a 4-pointed star crown until one comes around.

That strap has to go though....
